A floor plan is a precise 2D drawing seen from above, with measurements and furniture placement, used for building and layout decisions. A 3D visualization is a photorealistic image of the finished room, showing materials, lighting and finishes as they will look once built.

Pricing depends on the floor area and the package. Basic floor plans start from €120 / £110, and full 3D packages from €390 / £360. A fixed quote is sent once the measurements are received.

Most projects are completed within one to two weeks, depending on size and package. A timeline is confirmed with every quote.

Basic suits simple renovations and space planning. Standard adds interior 3D visualization and is the most popular choice. Premium adds exterior visualization and a facade concept, ideal for selling or presenting a project.

Yes. Every project is delivered online, so location is not a limit. Clients across Estonia, the United Kingdom and beyond are welcome.

Yes. Floor plans and 3D renders are ideal for listings, presentations and marketing, and are delivered in high resolution ready to publish.

Yes. Every package includes at least one revision round, and Premium includes two. Adjustments are made until the plan fits.
