Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
The services provided include architectural concepts, floor plans, space planning, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials intended for design development and project visualization purposes.
All work is created to assist the Client in understanding the proposed design, layout, and overall appearance of the project prior to construction.
2. Nature of the Project
All drawings, renders, and visual materials provided are conceptual and illustrative in nature unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The services do not include:

structural engineering;
-
architectural certification;
-
construction documentation;
-
electrical layouts;
-
plumbing or drainage systems;
-
HVAC or ventilation systems;
-
permit drawings;
-
municipality approvals;
-
engineering calculations.
Any technical or construction-related documentation must be completed separately by licensed professionals where required.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:

providing accurate dimensions, references, and project information;
-
verifying all measurements before construction begins;
-
reviewing submitted materials within a reasonable timeframe;
-
ensuring compliance with local building regulations and approval requirements.
The Contractor is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.
4. Revisions
The number of revisions included in the project will be specified in the quotation or agreement.
Minor revisions within the approved concept are included where stated. Major design changes, additional concepts, or changes outside the original scope may result in additional fees and extended delivery timelines.
5. Payment Terms
A deposit is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or prior to the delivery of final files.
Late payments may result in delays, suspension of work, or withholding of final deliverables until payment is received in full.
6. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times are provided based on the project scope and current workload.
Delivery timelines may be affected by:

delayed client feedback;
-
additional revision requests;
-
changes to the project scope;
-
missing project information.
7. File Delivery
Final deliverables may include:
-
PDF drawings;
-
image renders;
-
presentation layouts;
-
video walkthroughs;
-
source files (only if specifically agreed).
Editable or source files are not included unless stated otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
All concepts, renders, drawings, and visual materials remain the intellectual property of the Contractor unless transferred in writing.
The Contractor reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement has been agreed upon in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Contractor shall not be held liable for:

construction errors;
-
engineering failures;
-
permit rejections;
-
contractor interpretation mistakes;
-
on-site dimensional discrepancies;
-
costs arising from implementation of conceptual designs.
The Client is responsible for consulting licensed engineers, architects, and contractors before construction.
10. Cancellation Policy
If the project is cancelled after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.
Any completed work completed beyond the deposit value may be invoiced accordingly.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with payment or confirming the project, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
